General Questions

What services do you provide?

We specialize in architectural visualization and related production services. This includes interior and exterior renderings, architectural animation, 360 virtual tours, high-precision 3D modelling, product renderings, CGI integration into photography, drafting support and presentation materials.

Where are you located?

Our office is based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. We work with clients across North America and internationally.

How can I contact you?

Email is our primary communication channel. It allows us to review projects carefully and respond with relevant questions and clear next steps.

Starting a Project

How do I start working with you?

Start by sending us an email with a short description of your project. If available, include drawings, references and basic information such as project type, location and timeline. After reviewing the materials, we will follow up with questions if needed and prepare a proposal.

What information do you need to begin?

At minimum, we need architectural drawings in PDF format. CAD files can also be provided, but PDFs are usually sufficient and more convenient for early review. The clearer the brief, the smoother and faster the process.

Do you need a 3D model?

No. Providing a model is not required. In most cases, we create or rebuild the model from scratch to ensure accuracy and optimization. Even when a model is provided, it usually requires cleaning and adjustment before it can be used for visualization.

Why do you ask for the project location?

Location is essential for realistic exterior visualization. It allows us to build accurate surroundings, lighting conditions and environmental context. This is one of our key strengths. A simple Google Maps link is usually enough.

Design and Creative Scope

Do you provide design or interior design services?

Yes. While our core focus is visualization, we can assist with design development when required. This may include helping shape interior concepts, material selections or visual direction based on references and project goals. For larger or design-led projects, this work is handled transparently and discussed upfront.

Revisions and Workflow

How many revisions are included?

We do not limit revisions by number. Our workflow is structured to minimize revisions by aligning direction early through modelling previews and draft renders. Most feedback is resolved during these stages.

If the project scope changes significantly after approval — for example, a complete redesign or new concept — this is treated as a new phase of work and priced accordingly.

How does the workflow usually look?

We begin with modelling, even if a model is provided. Early previews from the model are shared to confirm layout and direction. Next, we produce preview renders at lower resolution to refine lighting, angles and composition. Final renders are completed only after all approvals are in place.

This staged approach keeps the process transparent and allows clients to share progress internally or with their own clients.

Pricing and Payments

How much does one render cost?

We do not price work per render. The primary effort is in building the scene, modelling, lighting and setup. The number of final images has only a minor impact on cost. Pricing is based on project scope, complexity and requirements.

Does the number of images affect the price?

Not significantly. We typically deliver as many views as needed to present the project properly. Additional views are added only if they meaningfully improve the presentation.

Do you require an advance payment?

For projects under $1500, we typically do not require an advance. For projects up to $5000, a 50 percent advance is standard. Larger projects are split into staged payments, often in 25 percent increments. The final payment is made only after the project is delivered and approved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards through secure payment links. Canadian clients may also use eTransfer. All projects are invoiced.

Timing

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines depend on scope and complexity. Smaller projects may take a few business days, while larger or more detailed projects take longer. We provide realistic timelines during the proposal stage and avoid fixed promises before reviewing the full scope.

Confidentiality and Rights

Is my project information kept confidential?

Yes. All client materials and project information are handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Who owns the final visuals?

All final deliverables belong to the client once payment is completed.

Can you show my project in your portfolio?

We may showcase completed work unless confidentiality is requested. If you prefer that your project remains private, simply let us know.

Communication

How do we communicate during the project?

Email is the primary channel for communication, feedback and approvals. This keeps everything documented, clear and easy to reference.

How can I check project status?

You will receive updates at every key stage. If needed, you can request an update at any time.

Additional Questions

Do you take urgent projects?

Urgent projects are considered on a case-by-case basis and only when technically feasible. Priority scheduling may affect pricing.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer flexible terms for long-term and repeat clients. Details are discussed individually.
