HOW WE WORK
Our workflow is designed to be clear, predictable and easy for clients. We keep communication simple, share progress at every stage and make sure you always know exactly where the project stands. The goal is straightforward: a smooth process, reliable delivery and visuals that support your project with confidence
Inquiry and Scope
Every project begins with a clear definition of scope. You share drawings, references, timelines and any specific goals. We review the material, clarify missing details and prepare a proposal that includes pricing and a realistic schedule. The more precise the input, the faster we can begin.
Agreement and Start
Once the scope is confirmed, we formalize the agreement and schedule the project. Work typically begins within one to two days.
Payment Structure:
- No advance for projects under $1500.
- 50 percent advance for projects up to $5000.
- Staged payments for larger projects.
- Final payment only after the client approves the finished work.
Modelling and Early Review
The first stage is always modelling — even when a client provides a model. We optimize, clean and adjust geometry to match real proportions and design intent. When the base model is ready, we send from the model to confirm layout, massing and spatial logic.
This step is essential. It allows clients to make corrections early, share progress with their teams and ensure that the direction is accurate before we move forward.
Preview Renders
After the model is approved, we prepare preview renders. These are low-complexity images — typically at 1080p — designed for quick feedback. The lighting, camera angles and overall composition are already defined, but the output is intentionally lightweight to allow fast revisions.
Clients can request adjustments to angles, mood, layout, design elements or any other details before the final stage begins.
Final Rendering
Once previews are approved, we render the final images at full quality. For still visuals, the standard is 4K resolution. For panoramas and larger formats, higher resolutions are available on request.
At this stage we also complete post-production work: color adjustments, refinement of details, atmosphere consistency and overall polish.
Delivery
Final visuals are delivered in two formats:
- PDF presentations for easy review, commenting and sharing with clients.
- Original high-resolution files via a secure cloud link.
We keep files organized and easy to access so clients can integrate them directly into their proposals, presentations or marketing materials.
Approval and Closing
The project is complete only when you confirm that everything matches your expectations. If adjustments are needed at the final stage, we handle them promptly. After approval, we issue the final invoice according to the agreed payment structure.
